We are kicking off the season in September with an Introduction to Herbal Medicine.
In this class we will discuss all the nuances of herbal medicine making from teas and tinctures to infusions and more! Discover what each method has to offer, how best to pair herbs for optimal healing, what contraindications to be aware of and how to identify some key native varieties in your own backyard.
