This Tomato Radish Flower is sure to please all your senses.  Quick and Easy to Create and Serve to Yourself or Friends, it truly is a thing of Beauty.  You will need:  

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes, sliced, Vine ripened, if possible
  • Radish, 3 large, sliced thinly, lightly peeled
  • Mozzarella cheese, fresh, sliced
  • Olives, Garlic stuffed Spanish and Kalamata
  • Italian Parsley, chopped
  • Aged Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Arrange sliced Tomato and Mozzarella, every other one, in a circle on a large plate
  2. Arrange Radish slices in a circle in the center of the Tomatoes
  3. Fill with Olives
  4. Sprinkle with chopped Italian Parsley
  5. Drizzle with Aged Balsamic Vinegar
  6. Enjoy!
